Biomass drying and ethanol solvent extractor system, last used for producing CBD Extract by drying hemp at 3,000 #/day infeed and approximately 1,000 #/day dry mass outlet. Was running hemp with infeed moisture of 50-80% and outlet moisture of 7% to 11% moisture. CBD extraction efficiency is very good. Unit was purchased new in 2019 - only has 1,289 hours operation. Very good condition. Main components include Gryphon gas fired dryer, ribbon blender, Vincent dewatering press, Watermark filter press system, Nutsche filter, BizzyBee distillation system, walk-in freezer, tanks.
